Yes, you can create multiple characters provided their storylines, assets, and knowledge remain strictly independent. Transferring money, vehicles, or revenge motivations between your own characters is strictly prohibited.

NLR (New Life Rule) means forgetting the events leading to your character's death upon respawn. RDM (Random Deathmatch) is attacking players without prior roleplay initiation. VDM (Vehicle Deathmatch) is using a vehicle as a weapon. All three result in immediate disciplinary action.

No. Conflict of interest and corruption are strictly regulated. Players serving in law enforcement or government positions cannot maintain active criminal gang roles on the same character.

New citizens can earn honest wages through city delivery services, mining, garbage collection, taxi driving, and towing before applying for white-collar or emergency positions.
